How to Buy 

You can place your order via our website and pay via Paypal, a safe and secure payment method using credit or debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. You will receive acknowledgement within 48 hours of placing your order. To pay by cheque you should make your cheque payable to 'the pink pig clothing co' and send it to 37 Manchuria Road, London, SW11 6AF.

Out of stock items

Normally we have stock of all our products, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If we sell out of an item we will put a temporary 'out of stock' sign on it. Please contact us on +44 (0) 20 7924 6869 to find out when it will be back in stock.  If you accidentally pay for an item which is out of stock we will refund you via Paypal as soon as possible.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch orders within 48hrs (2 working days) provided the goods are in stock.  All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery. They need to be signed for on receipt. Postage rates are as follows and will be added to your basket when you check out via Paypal:

£100.00 and over p+p is free

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatched.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your pink pig clothing products but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase (your pink pig clothing receipt) within 14 days of receiving them.  Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition with the pink pig clothing swing ticket still attached and in its original packaging.  Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. Pink Pig Clothing products

All Pink Pig Clothing products are made in the UK to the highest standard of manufacturing, fabric quality and design. All products are machine washable at 40 degrees celsius, however we do not recommend tumble drying. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our products, however due to difference in colour palettes between the web environment and fabric dyes, we cannot guarantee a precise colour match.

Where charged VAT is now 20% and is included in the purchase price shown.
